Forms of Writ in Indian Constitution
There are 5 forms of writ in Indian constitution , which are given below;
1] Hebeas Corpus
>Its literal meaning is "To have a body"
>& it implies that "anyone who is detained or is imprisoned , can inquire under which authority he/she is detained or is imprisoned."
2] Quo Warranto
>Its literal meaning is "What is your Authority"
>& it implies "a order issued by Supreme Court to prevent a person from holding a post or office to who he/she is not entitled ."
3] Mandamus
>Its literal meaning is "Command"
>& means order issued by Supreme court to a person holding a Public office /authority/position
to do or not to do somthing regarding the aspect of human's rights.
4] Prohibition
>It implies to stop the Inferior Court or Tribunal court regarding overstepping of jurisdiction & isolation of rules of natural justice by Supreme Court.
5] Critioreri
>It implies to quash the decision of the Inferior Court or Tribunal court regarding overstepping of jurisdiction & isolation of rules of natural justice by Supreme Court.

Preamble of Indian Costitution
Preamble is the Introductory part or Preface of our costitution.
Its not the Integral part & Justiable.
It just gave the idea over which our Costitution is based.
Idea of writing Preamble came from U.S.
The "Objective Resolution" was proposed [written] by Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru ; passed by Costitution Assembly & ultimately became the Preamble.
The words "Socialist , Secular ,Unity & Integrity '' were added by 42nd Amendment in 1976.
Its not the Integral part & Justiable.
It just gave the idea over which our Costitution is based.

Our Constitution bear 13 committees , out of which Drafting Committee was most important ; as it bear the responsibility to run constitution in recess [hiden] of constitution assembly from July 1947 to Sept. 1948 & was made on 29th nov. 1947.
It had 7 members ,which were:
1] Alladi Krishnaswami Ayyer [A distinguish Jurist]
2] Dr. B.R.Ambedkar [Chairman] {& also known as Architect of our Costituion}
3] D.P.Khaitan [& T.Krishnamachari came after death of Khaitan in 1948]
4] K.M.Munshi [a distinguish Jurist]
5] N.Gopalaswami Ayyangar
6] N.Madhav Roa [came in place of B.L.Mitra]
7] Syyed Mohd. Sadulla
It had 7 members ,which were:
